Eclipse International has named bedding and home furnishings industry veteran Mark Dentale as Director of Licensing. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Dentale leads the company’s international and domestic manufacturing and licensing footprint. He is responsible for managing the current group of partners and licensees.
In his new position, he reports to Stuart Carlitz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eclipse International.Throughout his nearly four-decade career in home furnishings, Dentale has worked with some of the leading manufacturers in the bedding industry including Sealy and Simmons Mattress Co. Most recently, he was national accounts director for Paramount Sleep Co. managing sales to leading retailers Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Sferra and Lilian August.
Earlier in his career, he held vice president of sales positions with Ashley Furniture, Simmons Mattress Co., and Sealy.

His deep knowledge of sales in our industry will help in growing our manufacturing licensee lineup as we further expand to provide for the needs of our customers,” said Carlitz. “He’s joining a strong leadership team that enables us to keep up with this rapidly-changing industry.”
A resident of St. James, Long Island, Dentale received his bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management from the State University of New York Albany School of Business.
