Regina Andrew Detroit announces the addition of Heather Dumford to the company’s marketing team. Dumford joins as Director of Creative Content and Marketing, a new role for the company, and will oversee the continued development of the brand with a focus on storytelling and content creation.
“Heather’s significant background with large home brands is one of the reasons we asked her to join the team,” said Regina Andrew Detroit CMO Neil MacKenzie. “We want to leverage that experience and the depth of her creative skills, to tell a more immersive story about the Regina Andrew brand to both the customer and the consumer.”
Dumford comes to RAD with more than 15 years of experience in the advertising agency world where she partnered with global home improvement clients, most recently as Creative Director for Charlotte-based agency Wray Ward. Over the last decade, she’s managed omnichannel campaigns and worked with brands including VELUX, Moen, GE Appliances, Clopay, and luxurious resorts such as Palmetto Bluff. Prior to her time at Wray Ward, she worked inhouse for Lowe’s Home Improvement as a Digital Designer.
“Regina Andrew’s belief that ‘design should be timeless and products should be built to last’ struck a chord with me,” said Dumford. “I share a desire to cut through the disposable and create things that will last. I feel a responsibility to share RAD's tale of passion for creating quality products and experiences that will enhance people's lives and help them curate homes they are proud of.”
Dumford reports to MacKenzie. She will work in the company’s High Point, NC, office.
