Windward Design Group of Sarasota, FL has announced that casual industry veteran Charles Emmons has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition to his responsibilities leading the sales and marketing efforts, Emmons will join the executive team headed by Chief Information Officer, Rachel Peace, to carry out the long-term growth mission of the company.

Emmons has held management positions within the casual industry for more than 25 years; working in both retail and wholesale. Immediately prior to joining Windward Design Group, he served as Vice President and CMO for Cast Classics. His experience includes sales and marketing, team building, product development and customer-centric relationship building.
