With more than 35 years of experience in the gift and home décor market, DiCostanzo brings a comprehensive background from her time at Primitives By Kathy and CR Gibson, where she excelled in sales management, business development, and strategic planning.
DiCostanzo's extensive background includes a significant role in shaping sales and brand growth strategies. At Sullivans, her expertise will be pivotal in managing sales across diverse channels, leading both the in-house teams and independent sales representatives, and driving the company’s sales vision and strategies across independent, national, and international channels.
