Mark Onanian, a seasoned industry executive, has been selected to spearhead the expansion of Rugs America into the furniture store sector. With experience spanning several decades, Onanian previously served as the Vice President of Sales at UMA. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding Rugs America’s strategic growth initiatives, according to a news release.

In his new capacity as President of Home, Onanian will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales and marketing directed toward both large and small furniture retailers. His leadership is expected to enhance the company's outreach and strengthen its market presence in the furniture industry.
Onanian will report directly to William Staubitzer at Rugs America, ensuring a streamlined approach to the company's expansion efforts, company officials said. His appointment signifies a commitment to leveraging his industry knowledge to foster relationships and drive sales within the furniture sector.
