Oriental Weavers USA has hired Kristen Ritch as Vice President - Digital Strategy & Marketing, a newly created role. Ritch joins the company with more than a decade of experience in the area rug, home décor and furniture industries, with a focus on e-commerce, according to a news release.
Ritch brings a robust background in account management, marketing and business strategy, having held senior positions at other leading companies, most recently with Ashley Furniture, company officials said. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in driving significant growth in e-commerce sales and elevating the online brand presence of these organizations.
