Napa Home & Garden announced this week that Kim Golden has joined the company as Key Accounts Product Manager.
In this role, Golden will help bolster the home decor company’s product development capabilities and put additional focus on the needs of large-scale retailers.
CEO Jerry Cunningham said Golden fills an important role in supporting the company’s key account business now headed by Cindy Graves. Graves was recently hired as Key Account Sales Manager to expand Napa’s efforts with furniture stores, catalog businesses and regional chains.
“Cindy and Kim are poised to do great things together at Napa,” Cunningham said.
Golden has a proven record in product development in the home decor sector, including owning her own import company. She has experience in creating and managing private label products for The Home Depot, Toys “R” Us, Walmart, Target and Bed Bath & Beyond.
“At Napa, Kim will also manage team members that provide operational support for three of our sales channels,” adds KC Cunningham, Napa President and Creative Director. “Our success at market has given us the opportunity to fill important roles within our company and to grow in new areas. We’re excited to have Kim as a member of our Napa family.”
