Full-service home furnishings supplier AICO is pleased to announce the promotions of two executives within the company. David Koehler has been promoted to Executive Vice President following the retirement of Chuck Reilly, and Jeff Santanello has been promoted to Vice President of Sales to fill Koehler’s previous role.
In his new position, Koehler will now be responsible for strategic planning and business development. He will continue to be intimately involved with day-to-day operations, but with an overall focus on business strategy that will drive the company’s long term success. Koehler’s transition from his VP of Sales duties is part of a long-planned succession strategy by the company.
Jeff Santanello succeeds David Koehler in his previous position as VP of Sales. In his more than two decades within the company, Jeff has worn many hats including executive positions overseeing sales and customer service, supply chain management, and internal purchasing. Having the success and knowledge in his several key roles within the company provides Jeff with a well-rounded knowledge about the business and the ability to be highly successful while taking great care of our customers. Jeff will help the company evolve and grow its business around the world.
Additional promotions within the mid-management level also transpired that will continue an upward sales trajectory through the development of strong management teams that will energize the entire company.
