Kayla Miller is the new Director of Marketing at Universal Furniture.

Universal Furniture has promoted Kayla Miller to the position of Director of Marketing for the company. Kayla's journey with Universal began in 2019 as a creative marketing specialist, where she quickly showcased her talent and dedication to the company's success.

In 2021, Miller’s outstanding contributions led to her promotion to senior creative marketing specialist. Her innovative approach helped revolutionize Universal’s branded content. Miller's most impactful contribution was in the realm of photography, where she not only enhanced image quality but also streamlined processes, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

Throughout her tenure, Miller’s impact has been crucial to many marketing functions, including printed materials, social media content, and showroom experiences.

Prior to her positions with Universal, Miller was an interior designer and a social media influencer concentrating in the realm of home interiors. She holds a bachelor's degree from UNC Charlotte.

In her expanded role as Director of Marketing, Miller will spearhead daily marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives aligned with product and sales objectives. Reporting directly to Neil MacKenzie, her leadership promises to further enhance Universal's position as a market leader in whole home furnishings.
