Spectra Home will host a Trend It or End It Panel at High Point Market

What trends are in and what are out? What are the emerging home and furnishings designs for 2025? Join Tamara Day, host of Magnolia Network’s hit show Bargain Mansions, and other notable interior designers as they delve into old and new trends on a “Trend it” or “End it” speed dating style panel moderated by Diane Falvey, editor-in-chief of Furniture, Lighting & Decor. 

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 26, at 1pm in the Spectra Home showroom, 200 N Hamilton #213, to take part in this energetic panel and see the latest additions to the Tamara Day by Spectra Home upholstery collection. 

Day stays current with the latest home trends by transforming large, old Kansas City homes into dream homes on her Bargain Mansions show, now in its sixth season. Her sense of glam and cozy style and eye for what works has created an insatiable demand for her interior design expertise, furniture, and decor. 

Arianne Bellizaire is a sought-after media personality and the CEO behind her full-service design firm, Arianne Bellizaire Interiors. Recognized as a leader for the next generation of design, her integrated technology, ROI-focused strategy, and trend-forward work has graced the pages of popular consumer magazines. 

Denean Jackson is the owner and lead designer of D. Nicole Design Studio, a Charlotte, NC based interior design firm specializing in kitchen and bath renovations. She is known for her vibrant use of color and unique design approach that provides the highly functional and stylish spaces her clients love. 

Whether reimagining a multimillion-dollar public space or a private living room, Lisa McDennon places the highest value on expressing the unique identity of each client. McDennon applies her interior design expertise to merge her client’s style and architectural needs with artistry and function to create stunning results. 

Serving as the panel moderator is Diane Falvey, editor-in-chief of Furniture, Lighting & Décor. Her industry experience and enthusiasm for interior design will add to the panel as she announces the trends in rapid-fire rounds for each designer to make their case for whether a trend should stay or go, then it is up to the audience to vote in real-time. 
Is grey in or out? Are animal prints extinct? Is farmhouse décor a thing of the past or does it have a future? These are examples of the many trends that the panel and audience will explore asthey determine what is in or out. Refreshments will be served.
