The Robert Allen Group and Duralee Fabrics, Ltd. have merged to create The Robert Allen Duralee Group. Each will operate as separate divisions and continue to sell products unique to their brands.
Longtime Duralee executive, Lee Silberman, will lead the Robert Allen Duralee Group as CEO. He has more than 35 years of experience in the home furnishings industry and will lead a management team made up of senior leaders from both companies.

Before the merger, the Robert Allen Group was owned by investment firm Altamont Capital Partners. Altamont will continue to serve as a financial partner on a go-forward basis.

The Robert Allen Duralee Group is headquartered in Hauppauge, NY and has a combined total of 24 corporate showrooms in 12 locations nationwide.
