DesignOn HPMKT by IMC has tapped six top interior designers as “Market Pros,” to share favorite designer resources from International Market Centers (IMC) buildings during the April 2-6, 2022 High Point Market. The Market Pros will take over DesignOn HPMKT by IMC’s official Instagram account for six days, beginning on Friday, April 1.
“The Market Pros are the eyes and ears of IMC’s presence at High Point Market, uncovering the new products and special moments that make this market so important for designers,” said Dorothy Belshaw, IMC executive vice president, chief customer and marketing officer. “By focusing the Market Pros on specific buildings, they will highlight the elements that make each of IMC’s design-focused buildings unique.”
New for Spring 2022, the Market Pros have been assigned selections of IMC’s 17 buildings to focus on during their takeover of the IMC High Point Instagram account @DesignOnHPMkt. The seven buildings the Market Pros will cover are Commerce & Design (C&D), Hamilton Place, Hamilton Wrenn, International Home Furnishing Center (IHFC), Market Square, Showplace and the Suites at Market Square (SAMS).

Lori Paranjape of Mrs. Paranjape Design + Interiors covering InterHall in the IHFC and Showplace on Friday, April 1. Mrs. Paranjape Design + Interiors is a luxury, full-service interior design firm with a reputation for excellence in customer experience. Lori Paranjape's eponymous firm started in 2008 and is based in Nashville, but her projects span North America with projects from coast to coast. Her enviable client list consists of young entrepreneurs, professional athletes and country music royalty. Paranjape’s design work is published frequently across print and digital platforms, design blogs and daily on her mouth-watering Instagram feed with nearly 100k followers. @mrsparanjape
Dennese Guadeloupe Rojas of Interiors by Design covering Suites at Market Square, Showplace and Market Square on Saturday, April 2. Dennese Guadalupe Rojas is the Principal Designer at Interiors by Design (IBD) in Silver Spring, MD. She brings over 20 years of experience to her residential and commercial design practice. Having grown up in the Virgin Islands, many of her designs reflect the warm earth tones and relaxed lifestyle of the Caribbean. Drawing inspiration from her travels, other talented designers, and her client's own passions, she aims to create spaces that feel luxurious, inviting and completely individual. Her work has been displayed in a number of show houses throughout the country. Her projects have been featured in the Washington Post, Home, Monarch Magazine and a number of other print and on-line design publications. She is an active member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA), the Women Presidents’ Association (WPO) and the Black Artists & Designers Guild (BADG). She earned an A.A. Virginia Toledo-Hernandez of Toledo Geller covering Hamilton Wrenn & Hamilton Place, IHFC and Showplace on Wednesday, April 6. Virginia Toledo-Hernandez founded Toledo Geller Franklin Lakes, NJ, in 2006 after recognizing a need in the luxury residential market for a firm with specialized knowledge in both design and construction processes. Formally trained in interior design, she also gained invaluable experience working alongside her father, a general contractor, on construction sites. A native of Brooklyn, Toledo-Hernandez is a mother who loves historical fiction and entertaining in her 1920’s Craftsman style home, which she is constantly updating. Toledo Geller was founded over a decade ago and has been named to House Beautiful’s “Next Wave,” a finalist in Innovations in Interior Design as well as “Ones to Watch” and “Rising Stars” by multiple industry magazines and associations. @toledogeller
