The Interior Design Society (IDS) of Charlotte is offering virtual tours of three designer showhouses in the wake of closure in March due to COVID-19.
Libby Langdon of Libby Langdon Interiors, Inc. will introduce the video tour on social media and on the showhouse website at https://idscltshowhouse.com. The pay-per-view dates will run from May 22 - Sept. 7. Tickets to the video tour will be $10 and may be purchased on the showhouse website and social media platforms. The tour can be accessed on-demand at www.vimeo.com/ondemand/idscltshow.
The IDS Charlotte Chapter partnered with three award-winning custom home builders: Chris Hoffman of Southern Cottage Corporation, Karl Plattner of Plattner Custom Builders LLC and Ken Wrench of Augusta Homes Inc., who built three luxury homes that showcase impeccable workmanship, unique custom designs and feature today’s technology. These designer showhouses were built in the first conservation neighborhood known as The Preserve at Narrow Passage in Davidson, NC.
This video endeavor will benefit Motor Racing Outreach, in conjunction with The Dale Jr. Foundation, The Hendrick Family Foundation and Southern Living Magazine’s charity of choice, Operation Finally Home.
