About: Founder of Science in Design, Mike Peterson, will be joined by authors and architects Don Ruggles and Ann Sussman to discuss the future of science's impact on home furnishings and interior design. What role will neuroaesthetics play in design? What are the new technologies that will guide the design process? Is our need for nature a fundamental design consideration? Linda Kafka, Co-Founder of Science in Design, will moderate this extraordinary panel.

- Explore how performance fabric can be used in luxury and lifestyle design

About: Kim Spradlin Wolfe, is best known as the winner of CBS's, "Survivor - One World." Most recently she is host of HGTV's, "Why the Heck Did I Buy this House?!" and mentor on HGTV's hit series, "Battle on the Mountain." Kim will be sharing some of her more interesting experiences navigating reality TV and the similar attributes it takes to be successful in the sometimes "tricky" design world. She will share on vision, showing up gritty everyday, and the importance of having honest connections. Kim believes that the space we live in absolutely changes the way we feel and can absolutely change a person's life.
