Ethnicraft has announced the introduction of its January 2023 Novelties collection. Rooted in the serenity of the natural world, these new releases invite a thoughtful and deliberate approach to beautiful living, and create opportunities for meaningful engagement with our surroundings in both residential and commercial environments, the company said.
Mellow Sofa
The Mellow sofa originates from Ethnicraft's search for ultimate comfort — a piece that would be the central anchor in a space. Its endless variations and effortless style make it the perfect companion for any environment.
The goal to create Mellow was simple: design an incredibly comfortable sofa, an essential item that would be the backdrop of life for many years. The result is a clean and refined style with subtle seam detailing and softly rounded edges.
One, two, three or more, the smart modules can be configured and combined with clips to arrange your own layout. Whether you prefer a more intimate setting or are looking for a large sofa for a crowd, the Mellow can accommodate any situation.
The high-quality, neutral upholstery complements both the wider Ethnicraft collection and a broad range of interiors. The recycled cotton textile is made in Italy and is protected against smaller life accidents thanks to its stain- and water-repellent coating. The structure is fully handmade in Europe, combining innovation and craftsmanship.
Barrow for Two & a New Hue
The Barrow two-seater offers space to curl up together, with the same level of comfort as the original Barrow lounge chair. The sofa was designed by Jacques Deneef, along with the rest of the collection, with the idea of minimal living.
Available in a soothing off white, warm copper and energizing ginger colorways, the Barrow lounge chair and Barrow pouf are now available in an earthy, peaceful pine green. Pair the lounger and pouf together in pine green for a bigger statement, or mix and match complementary colors as it suits a nature-like color story.
Bok Bench
With this launch, Ethnicraft is introducing the Bok bench in teak to complement the wider Bok teak offering. Teak is durable and long lasting.
The Bok collection’s signature design is reminiscent of a goat’s slim legs and curved horns. In these eye-catching pieces, designer Alain van Havre combines sculptural elegance and contemporary crafting into a graceful and airy form.
First launched in 2016, the Bok chair rapidly became Ethnicraft’s most iconic piece. Since then, the Bok collection has expanded from the chair to the well-known dining table, and a wider range of products available in different colors and materials.
