Lifestyle furniture wholesale company Essentials For Living (EFL) has taken over the expansive showroom building at 119 N. Wrenn as a temporary showroom while their new flagship showroom is under construction next door. The move is a strategic decision to provide customers with continued access to their curated line of coastal and transitional furniture during the construction phase.
The (formerly Marie Yee) showroom, spanning over 14,000 square feet, will serve as the temporary home for EFL's extensive collection, allowing them to showcase most of their product line in this expansive space. The debut of this temporary showroom commenced in October 2023.
Address of the temporary showroom:
119 N. Wrenn
High Point, NC 27260
Additionally, Essentials For Living has initiated a significant redevelopment project, having recently torn down the existing building at 111 N. Wrenn, High Point, NC 27260. The construction of their new flagship showroom is scheduled to start in April 2024. This flagship showroom will be an impressive 23,000 square feet, spread across three floors, featuring generous indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, meeting areas, and captivating interiors.
"We are excited about the expansion and the opportunities it brings to better serve our valued customers," said Anna Schweiss, V.P. of Design & Merchandising/co. owner at Essentials For Living. "The temporary takeover of 119 N.
