York Wallcoverings, the largest and oldest wallcoverings producer in North America, announces it has been acquired by Industrial Opportunities Partners (“IOP”), an Evanston, Illinois-based private equity firm. IOP also owns Brewster Home Fashions, LLC and Fine Decor LTD, leaders in the design and development of wallcovering, flooring, and home decor products headquartered in Randolph MA and Manchester UK respectively. The three joined organizations will be united under a new overarching entity, The Bersham Group. Paul Feinstein, current CEO of Brewster, will assume the role of CEO of The Bersham Group.
The new relationship will allow all businesses to leverage their respective expertise and assets while expanding their operational facilities, supporting the group’s enhanced supply chain and distribution reach in North America, Europe and across the globe.

The Bersham Group will continue to support the globally recognized brands that York Wallcoverings, Brewster Home Fashions and Fine Decor represented. These brands include York Wallcoverings, Roommates Decor, York Contract, Hytex, A-Street Prints, Wallpops and Fine Decor.
