WithIt Virtual Conference
The annual WithIt conference will be presented in a virtual format in 2021.

WithIt, the women’s leadership development network for the home and furnishings industry, announces that its 2021 Professional Conference will take place virtually again this year. The interactive online event focused on “Leveraging Leadership,” will be presented through various speakers, roundtable sessions on specific industry topics, panel discussions, and live networking segments via an online platform on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.

The success of last year’s event format and the ability to leverage virtual options enabled WithIt to provide the amazing benefits of their annual conference to women across the country in a safe and interactive way.

“We were so encouraged by the response from last year’s virtual conference that we chose the same format for this year,” says conference co-chair Sydney Harris, from Furnitureland South. “While this group thrives at in-person events, we were able to choose a platform that allows us to collaborate, speed network, socialize, and learn from some incredible speakers.”

This year’s virtual conference, led by Sydney Harris and Tori Evans of Diamond W, a Tarkett Company, will focus on moving forward with strength. As an organization and as individuals, women want to use their leadership skills to the maximum advantage. WithIt’s theme of “Leveraging Leadership” inspires topics of change management, company culture, and being resilient. Throughout the day, attendees will hear from nationally-recognized speakers as well as a panel of industry experts.

WithIt’s conference is sponsored by Ekornes, J.B. Hunt, Malouf, Tombras and The Hanes Companies Inc. Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies which include registrations for women in their organization.

Ticket prices start at $99 each and include full access to both the pre-conference events as well as the all-day conference.
