Now named Visual Comfort & Co., the company has deepened its commitment to Dallas Market Center via a multi-year lease extension for its Generation Lighting brand.

Visual Comfort Group has adopted a new name, Visual Comfort & Co., and has deepened its commitment to Dallas Market Center via a multi-year lease extension for its Generation Lighting brand. Generation Lighting features designer collections including ED Ellen DeGeneres, Kelly by Kelly Wearstler, AH by Alexa Hampton, TOB by Thomas O’Brien, Lauren Ralph Lauren, and C&M by Chapman & Myers in addition to the legacy collections of Feiss and Sea Gull. Generation Lighting’s expansive open-daily showroom is located in Dallas in the Interior Home + Design Center, 1D321.

Visual Comfort & Company’s Generation Lighting joins dozens of lighting companies deepening their commitment to Dallas Market Center via long-term renewals, expansions or new leases. The total space under new agreements is more than 170,000 square feet and represents the largest collection of new lighting leases since 2007.
