Uttermost, a major manufacturer and wholesaler of home accessories and furniture, today announced it has acquired the assets of Handley Drive with co-founder Rick Janecek joining the company as Creative Director of its REVELATION brand.
“REVELATION has grown at a very rapid pace since its debut 3 ½ years ago," said Mac Cooper, President. "Nevertheless, REVELATION is getting a major infusion of talent with the addition of Rick."
Handley Drive also has experienced rapid growth since its debut two years ago. A portion of the Handley Drive product line will be on display in the REVELATION showroom at the upcoming spring High Point Market.
“Rick will bring a fresh design perspective to REVELATION, for placement across multiple lifestyles. Originality, extreme attention to detail and design innovation is obvious in every piece he designs,” Cooper said.
REVELATION will continue to see product development from some of its other key designers, with Janecek focused only on this brand.
