This market two hot new trends collided, resulting in a star-crossed combination – candied brights met glossy lacquer in captivating style.
Lacquer dressed up everything from accent furniture and lighting to decorative accessories with pure polish, especially in sleek Asian-inspired designs. Black and white lacquered pieces debuted in abundance, but it was bold, brightly colored finishes that really stole the show.
These high-intensity pigments share the same deep level of saturation for a vivid visual pop. Top shades at the show emerged as magenta, berry, coral and canary, with citron green and peacock blue as directional.
