Surya announced this week that it will be opening seven new showrooms across the country over the next year as part of a regional expansion.
The first new showroom will open this September at the Design Center in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart. Three additional showrooms will open by the end of this year. In addition to Chicago, the new locations will be in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City and San Francisco.
“Our goal is to simplify the accessories buying experience for our customers, so we want to make our products more accessible to them,” said Satya Tiwari, President of Surya. “Our new state-of-the-art showrooms will provide a one-stop shop for accessories, where customers can experience our products on their own schedule, as often as they like. We have been collaborating with our customers and the design community at large over the last few months to develop the concept and plan for our new showrooms. We look forward to bringing this vision to reality.”
Surya will feature its full rug line in each new showroom along with best sellers from each product category. The new showrooms will showcase the latest trends and artfully curated vignettes and are intended to serve as a collaborative space for designers to work with their clients and bring ideas to life.
