Surya has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Global Views, a renowned wholesaler of home furnishings and decorative accessories. The deal will enable Surya to continue to penetrate and better serve the growing high-end interior design segment as well as complement the company’s existing home furnishings assortment with a wider range of accent pieces and accessories.
Under the terms of the purchase, Global Views will continue to operate as an independent brand with creative direction from CEO David Gebhart. The deal is expected to be completed in the coming months.
