Our industry is facing a new and defining cultural shift. The strength of the Black freedom movement, and the groundswell of support it is receiving make one thing clear: the demand for equality will not be satisfied until that equality is secured by mandates and actions. That will mean changes in the home industry, which presents expansive potential for the engagement and inclusion. Also, consumers will be expecting retailers and brands to act by delivering responsible change – and responsive product.
