Effective immediately, Scranton Gillette Communications is pleased to announce that Robin Martinez has joined the Furniture, Lighting & Decor team as an Integrated Media Consultant. She will be responsible for print, digital and custom advertising sales, where she will foster the same consultative approach for which Furniture, Lighting & Decor is known.
Martinez has an extensive background as a publishing and marketing executive, with expertise in the home furnishings industry. She comes to Furniture, Lighting & Decor from Progressive Business Media/BridgeTower Media, where she oversaw many aspects of print, digital and event advertising as well as marketing and operations, and drove company growth as a Publisher, Group Publisher and General Manager.

Prior to her role at Progressive Business Media, Martinez spent her earlier career in sales, product development, marketing, operations and various management roles in the technology sector.
She brings a passion for assisting companies in building sales and teams, taking products from concept to market, building infrastructure and branding for emerging technologies and helping a company meet their marketing goals.

Martinez holds an MBA, with a concentration in sales and marketing management, from University of North Carolina, Greensboro (UNCG).
