Resource Furniture has unveiled its expanded, newly renovated Los Angeles showroom, located at 314 North Crescent Heights Blvd. The opening marks the expansion to two buildings on the property, extending the showroom footprint from 1,600 to 3,320 square feet.

“We love to host,” said Challie Stillman, Vice President of Creative at Resource Furniture. “Now that we’ve emerged from the pandemic, we want to be clear that our doors are open, and we’re thrilled to have more room for events like product launches, book signings and industry panel discussions. The added showroom allows us to be hospitality-forward, in the same way that our furniture encourages us to be.”

The second space has allowed the brand to introduce its newest Italian-made furniture pieces to the Los Angeles market, including:

  • LGM 2.0: The LGM revolving queen-size wall bed features a variety of high-tech options, including the ability to mount a 55" TV on the front panel, an optional fold-down desk that fully detaches to double as a freestanding table, optional USB ports and more.
  • Tonale Sectional Motorized Wall Bed: Seamlessly blending form and function, the Tonale transitions from a three-seat sectional sofa to a queen-size bed in under 15 seconds — all at the push of a button.
  • The Curve Modular Sofa: The Curve modular sofa features sumptuous silhouettes and organic shapes that exude sophistication and comfort in equal measure, company officials said. Curve's innovative backrest cushions can be rearranged to create new seating arrangements.
  • The Kintai Modular Sofa: Inspired by the Kintai bridge of Japan, this new modular sofa combines plush, deep-seat cushions with a modern sled base for an airy and elevated feel. Kintai is available in a variety of modular pieces that can be rearranged to create different seating environments.

In the new showroom, the Resource Furniture team is divided between the two buildings much like a campus, allowing for clients to experience a wide variety of vignettes that demonstrate the brand’s multifunctional furniture. As with all Resource Furniture showrooms, the experience is full service, with space planning and design services, dedicated project managers, white glove delivery and installation, and exclusive trade discounts.

“Many furniture companies will tuck away the project management and installation aspects of the process in a ‘back room,’” Stillman said. “When you enter the new Los Angeles showroom, our project manager is the first person to greet you. That really speaks to our commitment to partnering with our clients from start to finish. You don’t just buy a piece of furniture from us and have it delivered — we double-check measurements and assess the site conditions to be sure that our systems are tailor-made for the intended space and installed successfully for a lifetime of use.”
