Global design brand Rawan Isaac today announced its U.S. home furnishings debut during the spring High Point Market in InterHall space IH201, April 5 - 10.
Led by award-winning, internationally recognized interior designer Rawan Alsahsah, the Rawan Isaac furnishings collection is influenced by her firm’s residential projects in the Middle East and Europe. The tightly edited launch collection consists of 12 statement furniture and accent items, highlighting the designer’s penchant for boldly contemporary forms and luxe materials.
Alsahsah was named an International Interior Design Association (IIDA) winner at the organization’s 9th Annual Global Excellence Awards event, held in Paris earlier this year, for work in the residential interior design category. In 2018, Alsahsah and her private residence were the subject of a feature article in Vogue Arabia magazine.
Expanding the successful design business she started in 2002, the move to designing and manufacturing furniture for a new audience reflects a natural progression, according to Alsahsah.
“This collection was born from my years of creating chic and functional spaces for private residences, hospitality projects and corporate firms around the world,” says Alsahsah. “I want to share a taste of this designer experience with a wider audience.”
The furnishings designs are intended to add a special element to any space or room setting, according to Alsahsah.
Rawan Isaac products are manufactured in the U.S., Europe and the Far East. All upholstered goods are fully customizable, including several finish options. The U.S. headquarters for Rawan Isaac is located in New York, with warehouses in North Carolina.
