Floor covering and home accents manufacturer Nourison has been honored for Graphic Design’s (GDUSA) 2018 American Inhouse Design Awards for the Christopher Guy brand catalog.
The Christopher Guy catalog helped launch Nourison’s partnership with Christopher Guy. It showcases the CG lifestyle collection and shares the inspiration of timeless, elegant designs and how the area rugs fit perfectly into that vision.
In the Christopher Guy collection, his reputation for clean designs with an artistic flair shines through in each of these contemporary rugs, ranging from abstracts to floral and geometric patterns to simple, classic pieces that focus attention on textured natural materials. The Christopher Guy Area Rug Collection by Nourison includes 36 handmade area rugs, woven from the finest fibers such as New Zealand wool, silk and mohair. The embossed soft-covered catalog features Christopher Guy’s most notable wool and silk starburst rug, Cosmpolite Noir.
GDUSA’s American Inhouse Design Awards is the original and premier showcase for outstanding work done by inhouse designers and departments.
The Nourison team responsible for creating the Christopher Guy brand catalog includes Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy Giovanni Marra, Graphic Designer Krystal Pratt, Product Manager Dena Lombardo, Photographers Anna Villar and Christopher Kelly and Retoucher Dave Dikun.
This is the third consecutive year that Nourison has won an award for a large format collective catalog. Nourison was previously honored in 2017 for the Nourison Collective Catalog 2018 Volumes 1 & 2, and in 2016 for the Nourison High End Collective Catalog, Nourison Annual Sale Campaign and Mina Victory Couture Catalog.
