Underscoring the strength of the lighting business at Dallas Market Center, more than 40 lighting manufacturers have recently deepened their commitment via long-term renewals, expansions, or new leases for space in the dominant lighting marketplace. The space under new agreements totals more than 160,000 square feet and represents the largest collection of expansions, renewals and new leases since the expansion of the Trade Mart in 2007.
