The Merchandise Mart announced this week that it will host Casual Market Chicago on Tuesday, Sept. 12 through Friday, Sept. 15 this year.
The long-standing event connects retailers with the latest products from leading manufacturers around the world and serves as a yearly destination for what’s new in casual furnishings including color trends, product design and fabric patterns.
Casual Market Chicago is the only show in North America dedicated to the casual and outdoor furnishings industry that is exclusively endorsed by the International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA).
“We’re thrilled to continue our co-sponsorship of Casual Market Chicago this year,” said Jackie Hirschhaut, Executive Director for ICFA. “This tradeshow is the premier place for our members to reconnect with one another, shop hundreds of exhibitors featuring the best products available in the industry and take advantage of a variety of educational programs.”
More than 250 manufacturers will fill more than 300,000 square feet of exhibit space, with a combination of both permanent showrooms and temporary exhibitors. theMART expects thousands of registrants ranging from buyers at mass merchandisers to executives at small- to mid-sized specialty retailers.
