LightFair has announced that admission to its exhibit hall, regularly priced from $99 to $325, will be complimentary for the 2021 edition, October 25-29, at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Registration is required.
“The LightFair team recognizes that this is an unusual and challenging year for all of our constituents, so we saw it fit to remove any possible barriers to attend,” said Dan Darby, LightFair Show Director. “We want to ensure as many industry professionals and designers as possible have the chance to reconnect and conduct in-person conversations at LightFair. Without having to take into consideration the cost of attendance, the lighting industry can more seamlessly get back to business.”
The waived cost of admission to the LightFair Trade Show presents an opportunity for New York’s globally-recognized design community, comprised of tens of thousands of designers and students, to easily and affordably experience the intersection of innovations in lighting, design and technology. Attendees can expect to see curated tours to help navigate the show floor, panels featuring NYCxDesign, WILD – Women in Design + Lighting, and LightFair mentors and mentees, new exhibitor giveaways, and more on the show floor.
Admission to the LightFair Conference, which runs October 25-29, ranges from $90 to $1,495. LightFair Conference attendees will have access to some 35+ sessions across six tracks, spanning over the five days of the conference. Sessions will range from 2-days, 1-day, daily workshops, 90-minte sessions and 60-minute sessions, offering near 90 CEUs.
LightFair runs October 25-29 at the Javits Center in New York City.
