Las Vegas Market announced today another round of leasing activity with another nine new, expanded and relocated home decor and gift showrooms confirmed for winter 2019 Las Vegas Market, running Jan. 27 – 31, 2019. With these latest additions, a total of 247,000 square feet of new, expanding and relocating showrooms will debut at winter market.
Five New, Expanding and Relocating Home Decor Showrooms Debut in January
“Las Vegas Market continues to attract the top home decor suppliers in the industry, and leasing activity has been robust for winter, with nearly 120,000 square feet of new, expanding and relocating showrooms confirmed for winter market,” said Scott Eckman, Executive Vice President of furniture and home decor leasing for International Market Centers. “Overall, Las Vegas Market will showcase more than one million square feet of home decor resources in permanent showrooms and temporary exhibit spaces.”
The most recent new-to-market home decor showrooms include Caravan Rugs, a leading manufacturer of high-end hand-knotted rugs, in 4,581 square feet on C3; and Unique Loom, a supplier of rugs and throw pillows, in 8,792 square feet on B4. Additionally, three existing tenants are expanding their showrooms this winter. On A3, Canaan, a wholesaler of designer pillows, is expanding into 4,075 square feet; on C3, Karastan, a producer of power-loomed area rugs, is expanding into 12,067 square feet; and on C4, Decorum Home, a manufacturer of luxurious textiles, soft goods, pillows and throws, is expanding into 823 square feet.
“Our latest collection, The Hess Collection, is greatly influenced by Old Hollywood. Everything is glitz, glam and over-the-top luxurious in an effortless understated way,” said Mois Refoua, President of Caravan Rugs. “We have released this collection to all of our exclusive showrooms. So far it has done extremely well and we expect continuous growth as we make our debut at Las Vegas Market.”
Four New and Expanding Gift Showrooms Confirmed for Winter Market
“The number of gift resources available at Las Vegas Market continue to grow market-over-market, with more than 2,700 lines presented in nearly 450,000 square feet of gift showrooms in Building C,” said Dave Savula, Executive Vice President of gift and apparel leasing for International Market Centers. “This latest round of leasing activity brings the total square footage of new, expanding and relocating showrooms at market this January to more than 127,000.”
Within the gift category, two new tenants include Coast to Coast, in 1,100 square feet on C9 and Stickers Northwest, a supplier of stickers, shirts and magnets, in 342 square feet on C10. The two latest expanding or relocating exhibitors at winter market are: Adams & Co., a developer of wholesale traditional and seasonal decor, relocating and expanding into 4,001 square feet on C7; and multi-line agency FEM Sales, expanding into 7,501 square feet on C8.

These resources join previously announced home decor and gift showroom launches for winter market. Home decor debuts include: Anthony California, Inc.; Canvas Candy; Classy Art; European Bath |Kitchen | Tile and Stone, which is part of Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC); FJ Kashanian; Koncept; and Wantech International/OK Lighting. Gift launches include: AC+F, Jaco of America and Supreme Housewares. Katherine’s Collection is also returning to Las Vegas Market after a six-year hiatus.
