Kalco Lighting is teaming up with twin sisters and co-stars of HGTV’s Unsellable Houses Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis. Throughout the exclusive year-long collaboration, the renovation mavens will handpick Kalco’s lighting styles for their projects, helping homeowners sell houses that have been on the market without seeing any bites.
In addition to working with them to transform undesirable abodes, Kalco will go on display at Lamb and Davis’ Snohomish, Washington-based Design Center that showcases their top recommendations across the design category, from tile and paint to wallpaper and window treatments.
The duo will also select Kalco’s curated collections for various remodels planned through their interior design and consulting firm Lamb & Co., which specializes in providing custom services, from minor refreshes to whole home makeovers.
“Kalco and Lyndsay and Leslie are on a journey to create inspired living spaces through artisanal craftsmanship and signature style, so this partnership feels like a natural fit,” says Riki Lent, Senior Vice President of Kalco Lighting and Allegri Crystal by Kalco. “We want to see our lighting help bring even more dream spaces to life, whether it’s a large-scale bathroom remodel or a modest kitchen remodel in the Pacific Northwest.”
Kalco embraces emerging design trends and emphasizes using materials found in nature, such as Capiz shell, jute rope, leather and rattan. Likewise, Lamb and Davis’ home style mixes classic furnishings and industrial comfort with earthy undertones, soft textures and pops of color.

Unsellable Houses is set to return to HGTV sometime this year. Between renovations on and off the show, Kalco and the designers will likely partner on more than 50 home remodels this year.
