Dallas Market Center today announced that leading companies including Generation Lighting, Progress Lighting, Hudson Valley Lighting and Corbett Lighting will debut highly-anticipated collections from designer collaborations at the next edition of Lightovation – Dallas International Lighting Show, Jan. 16-20, 2019.
To serve buyers with the most stylish and leading-edge collections, more companies are collaborating with interior design stars and celebrities for new decorative lighting offerings.
“Lightovation exhibitors are committed to innovation in design, and by championing and collaborating with the industry’s top trend-setters and thought leaders, brands are able to deliver high-quality, original and well-designed products. We are pleased to be the launch pad for these new and exciting partnerships,” said Cindy Morris, President and CEO of Dallas Market Center.
Among the celebrity partnerships is the highly-anticipated line from famed TV personality Ellen DeGeneres and Generation Lighting (IHDC 1D321). Drawing inspiration from some of DeGeneres's favorite, world-renowned artists and treasured personal home pieces, the collection delivers relaxed Mid-Century and rustic modern designs. ED Ellen DeGeneres will be available in Generation Lighting’s new and expanded location in the Interior Home + Design Center, and January Lightovation is the first trade event where buyers have access to the entire collection.
Making its world premiere at Lightovation, Progress Lighting’s (TM 3840) 35-piece collection with interior designer and Bravo TV's Million Dollar Decorators star Jeffrey Alan Marks will feature pendants, chandeliers, wall sconces and ceiling fixtures representative of Marks' southern California roots. Lightovation attendees are invited to join Marks at the Progress Lighting showroom to view the collection.
A twist on traditional designs exemplifies the collaboration between Mark D. Sikes and Hudson Valley Lighting (TM 3902), appropriately named “Classics.” Known for his timeless designs, the celebrated interior designer and author brings a mix of traditional and modern shapes.
Also in the Hudson Valley showroom, sister brand Corbett Lighting (TM 3902) is set to debut a collection with multi-award winning interior designer and Million Dollar Decorators star Martyn Lawrence Bullard, recognized for his eclectic aesthetic with attention to detail. The collection delivers 40 striking, stylish and functional pieces that blend with Corbett’s reputation for high-end fixtures.
In addition to these new collections, new products from already successful designer collaborations will be available in numerous Lightovation showrooms, including Lisa McDennon for Hinkley Lighting (TM 3210), and Libby Langdon and Bryan Patrick Flynn for Crystorama (TM 3503).
