The International Association of Lighting Designers accepted Dimitris Nasikas and Ralph Van Den Berg as new professional members between May 20 and June 20 this year.
The IALD makes professional membership available to architectural lighting designers with at least five years of experience in the role of senior designer or above.
Nasikas is an Athens-based freelance lighting designer with more than 25 years of experience as a design and engineering professional. He has a degree in Electrical – Mechanical and Technological Engineering from the Technological Education Institute of Chalkida in Greece. He established ND Light in Athens in 1993 and Diauc in 2005.
Van Den Berg joins the IALD from Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
