The High Point Market Authority and American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) announced this week the schedule for their Design Viewpoints Series (DVS) at Fall Market.

The educational seminar series is set for October 14-16 at the High Point Theatre in downtown High Point, NC. The sessions are free and open to all interior designers, retailers and other market attendees with a valid pass.

Four thought-provoking seminars led by design industry experts are planned on topics including design preservation, conducting global business, hospitality design and tips for getting published. Designers can earn up to .4 IDCEC-approved continuing education units (CEUs) through the series.

“The Design Viewpoints Series has consistently been able to deliver high-quality speakers in a convenient location with relevant, business-focused topics, and we find all of these factors come together to provide quite a valuable resource for designers and others coming to Market,” said Tom Conley, President and CEO of the High Point Market Authority.

“We carefully and intentionally selected these topics for the Design Viewpoints Series because we view them as being on the leading edge of how design impacts lives,” said ASID CEO Randy Fiser. “We want everyone attending a DVS session to walk away with useful and actionable information they can begin applying immediately to their design businesses. We’re very excited to share a wealth of information via the industry experts who will join us for each session at the leading home furnishings trade show in the world.”
