Four Hands, a designer of trendsetting lifestyle home furnishings, is announced the completion of their flagship showroom in Austin, Texas, where the brand is based. The showroom underwent a major renovation led by renowned local architecture firm Michael Hsu Office of Architecture to better serve as a design hub and provide an unrivaled shopping experience for its wholesale customers and local Austin designers and consumers. In celebration of the completion, Four Hands Home will be offering 20% off everything in-store to retail customers from April 19 through April 30.

“The showroom expansion creates an environment for our loyal designer community to collaborate more openly and efficiently with their clients and our team," said Showroom Manager Nealie Gillis. "More space allows us to showcase a wider range of Four Hands top sellers while speaking to the latest industry trends. A once-hidden gem of sorts, Four Hands Home has now become a style haven for Austinites and designers nationwide.”

At approximately 20,000 square feet, the new showroom features a palette of warm, light, and neutral tones, which will serve as an understated backdrop to showcase the original designs, rich textures, and sleek lines of Four Hands furnishings. Lifting the ceilings to over 14 feet, full-height windows create a natural light-filled space for an improved shopping experience.

Some highlights include:

  • Expansive art display to showcase its curated collection of wall art from emerging artists around the country;
  • A selection of best sellers and seasonal introductions from their extensive collection of products spanning all home furnishing categories; and
  • The showroom's selection is refreshed regularly, with new pieces hitting the floor weekly, including an expanded outdoor selection.

The announcement of Four Hands’ new showroom is the latest in the company’s recent and rapid growth, along with an extensive remodel of their corporate headquarters, which was completed last summer and also designed by Michael Hsu. Setting itself as a premier lifestyle brand, Four Hands continues to introduce over 1,500 products yearly across multiple categories, from furniture to art to outdoor, including their upcoming 900+ spring styles celebrating seasonal and industry trends. Alongside their ever-growing seasonal launches, Four Hands is undergoing a refresh of their art program by pairing new printer technology with expertly crafted techniques. This will allow Four Hands to produce beautiful, top-quality, and sustainable art pieces that closely mimic the original works' textures.

With team members on the ground in China, India, Vietnam, Mexico, and Indonesia, in addition to its Austin-based headquarters, Four Hands currently employs 415 full-time team members across the globe and plans to hire 60 new US-based employees by the end of 2021.
