York Wallcoverings debuts the pattern Egrets in a deep green colorway for its new Florence Broadhurst collection of wallpaper.

Florence Broadhurst brand announced today that it will launch new licensed products in the wallcovering and rug categories at the fall High Point Market, Oct. 13 - 17.

A 61-SKU collection comprised of 12 designs in various colorways from York Wallcoverings debuts in the company’s showroom located in space SMS M-7044, Suites at Market Square.

Sydney-based Signature Design Archives (SDA), which owns the trademark and the copyright for over 500 Florence Broadhurst artworks, announced its partnership with the wallpaper licensee earlier this year.

In tandem with the launch plan for wallcoverings, SDA names Brink and Campman its newest licensee. The first Florence Broadhurst global rug collection will also feature signature looks from one of Australia’s most fearless and iconic designers, with a projected distribution date set for early 2019.

During High Point, Selamat will display a Florence Broadhurst exclusive vignette bringing the three licensed collections together in their showroom, located in InterHall space IH-004.

The vignette will include new introductions to the Selamat Florence Broadhurst furniture collection, wallpaper from the York Wallcoverings collection and a sample from the Brink and Campman rug collection to come.

To kick-off the new product launches, two events and a giveaway promotion for High Point Market buyers are planned.

A panel discussion entitled “Fearless Design,” co-hosted by International Market Centers for their Design on High Point Market series, will be moderated  by Florence Broadhurst brand ambassador Holly Hollingsworth Phillips of The English Room.

In the middle of the last century, Florence Broadhurst herself was a fearless designer and female entrepreneur. Today, it’s a call to action for the brand and its product licensees.

“We need to be fearless in selecting what we choose to live with, and what we bring into our homes,” says Phillips, who is also an interior designer. “High Point Market is a gargantuan scavenger hunt to find those special pieces that are noble enough to include in your interiors.”

The CEU-accredited panel discussion is set for Saturday, Oct. 13, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., in the Suites at Market Square seminar room, space T-1014.  Panelists include interior designers Mally Skok, Julia Buckingham, Jamie Meares, Allison Mattison, Tavia Forbes and Monet Masters.

A meet and greet cocktail reception follows from 4:30 to 6 p.m. All qualified market attendees will be eligible to participate in a giveaway promotion, with a chance to win over $3,000 worth of Florence Broadhurst brand products from York Wallcoverings, Selamat Designs and Brink and Campman.
