The Fairfield Collective events will include a series of informative and engaging panels for designers, retailers, and media. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to discover the beauty and quality of Fairfield's handcrafted furniture. This Spring’s lineup includes new additions to the Libby Langdon for Fairfield Collection and stunning works by Art Houzze artists, providing attendees with diverse and inspiring selections to explore.

Sunday, April 23 at 3pm | Announcement of the 2023 Virtual Design Challenge Winner
The winner of Fairfield’s Virtual Design Challenge will be announced Sunday at 3PM, along with the second, and third place winners. The virtual design challenge is a contest in which seven designers were tapped to produce renderings of a hospitality design of a common room from the destination of their choosing. These seven designers used Fairfield’s upholstery and casegood product lines to create a space using real time dimensions of Fairfield’s High Point Showroom. The winner of the challenge will have the opportunity to bring their rendering to life inside the Fairfield Showroom during October High Point Market.
Monday, April 24 at 11am: Designing for the Journey Ahead: An Exploration of Aging in Place & Senior Living Design
As the demand for aging in place design and active senior living communities continues to grow, so does the need for education in this sector of the industry. This panel, moderated by Janet Engel of Home Designs for Life, will delve into the challenges and opportunities of designing - and redesigning - residential homes to allow seniors to safely live independently for longer, as well as design considerations for active senior living communities. Our panelists, including residential designers and multi-family and senior community experts, Niki McNeill of Brown McNeill Interior Design, Melissa Banko of Banko Design, Jerad Gardemal of JF Gardemal Designs, and Dennese Guadeloupe Rojas of Interiors by Design, will share their insights and experiences in aging in place design, drawing on their extensive knowledge of universal design principles, accessibility, and the senior resident values that are guiding senior housing development design.
