Las Vegas Market announced this week that celebrity entertainer, former teen heartthrob and home products licensor Donny Osmond will serve as a live auctioneer at its 7th annual “Up on the Roof” fundraiser benefiting Gift for Life on July 31.
The annual gift and home industry fundraiser held during the summer market typically draws a crowd of more than 300 industry executives to raise money for Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA). The event will feature a variety of Las Vegas-themed silent auction prizes in addition to the live auction.

Osmond is known for his work as a singer, actor, radio personality and entertainer. Auction prizes will include two pairs of tickets to the “Donny & Marie Show” at the Flamingo Las Vegas as well as a selection of Donny Osmond Home licensed merchandise. He will also auction signed memorabilia from himself and Jon Bon Jovi.
Silent auction prizes will include tickets to see celebrity magicians Penn & Teller, hotel giveaways, dinners, spa packages and show tickets. All guests will receive one raffle ticket, with more available for purchase at the auction.
This year’s fundraiser will be held at the WorldView Ballroom on the 16th floor of Building B from 6-8 p.m. Attendees will enjoy a full bar, hors d’oeuvres, dancing and entertainment from singer/songwriter Chadwick Johnson.
