Domestic upholstered furniture manufacturer Decor-Rest Furniture has acquired two domestic manufacturers, including all brands, facilities and operations, growing Decor-Rest’s manufacturing capacity by an additional 35 percent.
The acquisitions of Superstyle Furniture and Trendline Furniture coincide with Decor-Rest’s celebration of its 50th anniversary. The company’s well-established footprint will expand to 400,000 square feet with a workforce of approximately 450 employees.
