Dallas Market Center Temps Expand for Summer Total Home & Gift Market

New product collections and floor layouts will debut at DMC's Total Home & Gift Market, June 22-25, 2022

The Temps at Dallas Market Center will be reimagined for summer's Total Home & Gift Market

The first market of the summer season will include an expanded and reimagined Temp show, Dallas Market Center announced. The Temps at Total Home & Gift Market, June 22-25, will be the largest in more than 10 years and will include six new product collections, expanded existing collections, new floor layouts, and hundreds of new exhibitors.

“Supported by customer demand and an unprecedented surge of new buyers in Dallas, we are recreating the Temps this summer to offer buyers an expanded range of resources and new collections,” said Jo Ann Miller Marshall, senior vice president of leasing. “The Temps have always been a discovery destination, but now we are raising the bar considerably, folding in the most exciting brands, the best makers, and the nation’s top antique dealers. In essence we are providing retailers and designers access to event more inspiring and unique products.” 

Debuting will be High Style Dallas, featuring more than 100 booths showing the “best of the best” curated collection of gifts and décor. The collection will be a prestigious, juried array of lifestyle products from the most visionary manufacturers and artists. The location for High Style Dallas is recently created temp show space on the 10th floor of the World Trade Center adjacent to Design showrooms.

Antiques Dallas will premiere at Market Hall with more than 80 booths of the country’s top dealers. The collection will feature one-of-a-kind furniture and accents, mirrors, tapestries, silver and china, clocks, objects ‘d art, rugs, estate jewelry, original artwork , unique decorative items and more from the ancient world to mid-century modern will be available for immediate purchase.

On the 12th floor of the World Trade Center, additional exciting new collections will debut inside the 250,000-square-foot gift and home destination. Premiering on 12 will be the new MADE collection which is comprised of handmade, American made, and Made in Texas gifts; the HIM collection featuring men’s gifts, gadgets, fragrance and fashion items; Global/Fair Trade, highlighting world friendly products; and Gourmet Foods/Tabletop/Housewares.  Expanding in June will be the Bath & Body collection, Home and Home Textiles, T-shirts and General Gifts. The layout for floor 12 has been reorganized to ensure that each collection is easy to work, logical and efficient.

On the 13th floor, Fashion Accessories and Apparel will return with dozens of new brands to enhance one’s personal style from head to toe.

Luxe Gift will return to the Trade Mart first floor, with a wide range of higher-end products from all categories of merchandise including home décor, artwork, decorative soft-goods, tabletop, gifts, accessories, children’s items and paper products.

In Market Hall, in addition to the premiere of Antiques, the other Immediate Goods collections will deliver “buy it now, take it home” resources for retailers and designers seeking a solution to supply chain challenges. Artisan items, gifts, jewelry, home décor, and vintage will fill Main Hall and North Hall.
