With the recent launch of its furniture line, specialty bedding producer Classic Brands is expanding the size of its Las Vegas Market showroom to accommodate the growth. The expanded 8,500-square-foot space will allow the company to showcase its selection of easy-to-assemble upholstery, headboards and occasional pieces in accessorized vignettes that offer retailers merchandising strategies for flooring products for online sales. Classic Brands’ full line of mattresses, adjustable bed bases and sleep accessories will remain in its original space.

The company recently unveiled more than 100 new designs at the fall High Point Market, and more product introductions are planned for the January Las Vegas Market. The furniture designs will be showcased in the new space in creative vignettes. The additional space is adjacent to Classic Brands’ current 6,000-square-foot showroom, at B-970 in World Market Center. The company will be removing the wall between the space for easy access.

“January will be an exciting market for us. We will not only unveil new sleep products, but the larger showroom enables us to really give our burgeoning furniture line the proper amount of space to showcase the depth of our offering,” said Scott Burger, Chief Executive Officer of Classic Brands. “We are looking to transform the furniture business in the same way we disrupted the mattress industry. Retailers are not only going to see an exceptional mix of product, but we will be working with them so they can tap into our thought-leadership in marketing and logistics to help boost their businesses.”

In addition to developing well-designed mattresses and home furnishings at value price points, Classic Brands’ is a full-service solutions provider that supports its retail partners with best-in-class service and logistics support honed from its success in working with leading e-commerce companies.

As with Classic Brands’ sleep products, the furniture lineup is shipped using the company’s first class logistics used to ship orders to its network of e-commerce retailers and brick-and-mortar partners.

Designed to appeal to young couples and Millennials who are comfortable making big-ticket purchases online, the furniture features transitional styling across categories, including upholstery, upholstered beds, accent tables and chairs. All of the pieces are designed for quick shipping and with seamless assembly in 15 minutes or less. Items can be shipped via UPS and FedEx and from Classic Brands’ distribution centers in Maryland and California, which have been equipped with innovative “first scan” technology that instantly generates a tracking number and sends it to the consumer.
