AmericasMart Atlanta today announced that applications for the 2019 America's Magnificent Carpets Awards are now open.
Rug manufacturers are invited to submit their top rug designs to be considered for the awards held during The Atlanta International Area Rug Market. Online submissions and Hang Tag forms are due by Dec. 14, 2018, and all rugs must arrive at the Museum of Introductions Gallery by Dec. 28.
Categories for consideration include:
- Hand Hooked/ Hand Tufted
- Hand knotted
- Flat Weave
- Machine Made
- Outdoor
- Licensee
- Antique
America’s Magnificent Carpets Awards will take place on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019 in the Museum of Introductions in AmericasMart Building 1, Floor 4.
