Abbyson Expands Talent to Meet Demand

The company has increased its workforce by 15 percent compared to last year.

Abbyson has added more than 35 employees to its workforce over the last 90 days, representing a 15 percent increase in staff size over last year. The lifestyle brand now employs hundreds of U.S. employees at its Southern Calfornia-based operation.

The company has added talent to departments including warehousing and customer care, order management and accounting and sales and merchandising.

Steve Segvich has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and will report to CEO Yavar Rafieha. He is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting guiding the company’s operations toward $250 million in yearly revenue.

In other management positions, Abbyson has added a supply chain manager, in-house product development and designers, a national e-comm director, data analyst and an EDI specialist.

The company is readying for the summer Las Vegas Market, which will feature its new showroom in Building B, Showroom B-170.
